Edward J. Handler, III, Esq.
Mr. Handler, a former senior partner and of counsel, Kenyon & Kenyon, LLP, has worked on pharmaceutical intellectual property cases over the years. He has been responsible for assembling the TBP Pharma management team and for assembling the necessary consulting, licensing and IP agreements relating to C3.
Mr. Handler was granted a J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School and a B.S. from USMA (West Point). He is admitted to the bar in New York, the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Euromoney named him among the World’s Leading Patent Lawyers in 2003 and World’s Leading Trademark Lawyers in 2004. He is a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Bar Member.
Joseph E. Root, Esq.
General Counsel, Secretary and Board Member
Mr. Root is an attorney with 30 years of experience developing, protecting, and exploiting patent portfolios. He is the author of “Rules of Patent Drafting: Guidelines from Federal circuit Case Law”, published by Oxford University Press in 2011.
Mr. Root received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University, and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. He previously served as General Counsel to technology companies, public and private. He engaged in private practice with the New York office of Kenyon & Kenyon. Before attending law school, Mr. Root held engineering and production management positions with Corning and General Electric.
Mr. Green has over 17 years of experience in business development, finance and strategy. While CEO of BREONICS, a Medical Device company in the Regenerative Medicine space, he led the company as it prepared for clinical trials. Previously, he served as a strategy consultant for Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations Practice where he advised C-Level executives on supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and turnarounds.
Prior to his business career, he served as an Aviation Officer in the U.S. Army. He led combat units in both Kosovo and Iraq, receiving the bronze star for his role in combat operations during the fall of Baghdad in March 2003. He is a 1996 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a 2005 graduate of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he received his MBA.

Mr. Bronzo is is a pharmaceutical professional with more than 38 years of experience in corporate and tax law, and business development and strategy, at Pfizer, Inc. and the Law Firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. He holds a B.A. and J.D. from Boston College, cum Laude, and an LLM in Tax Law from New York University.
